Assistant School Leader
L. Denice Randle is a transplant from the South and came to Washington State as a military dependent. She graduated from Pierce College and was soon after awarded the Act Six Leadership and Scholarship Initiative, which led her to Whitworth University as a change agent with a deep commitment to cross-cultural communication, social justice, asset-based community development. At Whitworth, she earned a B.A. in English Language Arts and one year later, she earned a Masters degree in Education with a teaching certificate from Pacific Lutheran University. Denice previously served as a Director of Education and Employment services at a community action agency in Tacoma, WA. She presently serves as a Board of Trustee at her alma mater, Whitworth University. She is very excited to have the opportunity to serve students, families and staff across the Summit- Sierra community.
